NAIADI 2026 is the third edition of the national event dedicated to the environment, biodiversity and sustainable tourism, scheduled from 5 to 7 November 2026 at Lago Sirino, in the municipality of Nemoli (PZ). This year's theme is «Parks, the backbone of the country: from protection to national planning». The three days bring together institutions, parks, experts, researchers and local operators to discuss the role of protected areas in sustainable development and the enhancement of the natural, cultural and productive excellences of the territories. Among the central themes of this edition is the protection of pollinators, with national parks at the forefront in countering their decline. The opening on Thursday 5 November features speeches by Antonio Tisci, extraordinary commissioner of EPNAL, and Mimmo Carlomagno, mayor of Nemoli. The event is organised by the Parco Nazionale dell'Appennino Lucano Val d'Agri Lagonegrese with the promotion of Federparchi.
