On September 15, 2026, the feast of the Madonna Addolorata is celebrated in Castelmezzano with a solemn religious procession. At 6:30 PM, the Holy Mass is celebrated, followed by the procession that winds through the main streets and squares of the village: from Piazza Emilio Caizzo, along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Via Marconi, Via Garibaldi, Piazza Rivelli, Via Roma, Via Regina Margherita, Piazza Conte A. Campagna, Via Fontana del Signore, Via Michele Volini, finally returning to Piazza E. Caizzo.
