On Saturday, October 3rd, Carbone hosts the Sagra del Cinghiale, an evening dedicated to the authentic flavors of the Pollino. From 7:30 PM, the historic center comes alive with food stands where you can taste wild boar dishes prepared according to local recipes, all accompanied by live music. The event is the heart of the autumn program "Tra saperi e sapori", which on October weekends offers excursions in the private chestnut grove of the De Nigris family, guided tours of the historic center and the museum of sacred art, walks along the waterfalls of the Vallone stream, and tastings of roasted chestnuts. The offer is completed by visits to farms, paintball, and e-bike rentals. An opportunity to discover the village and its territory between nature, tradition, and good food, with the possibility of staying overnight in the equipped camper area.
XIX^ Mostra Mercato Tartufo Bianco del Serrapotamo

Il Comune di Carbone organizza la XIX^ Mostra Mercato del Tartufo Bianco del Serrapotamo, in programma dal 30 ottobre al 1° novembre 2026. L'evento è dedicato alla valorizzazione del tartufo bianco locale, con esposizione e vendita del prodotto, stand gastronomici e iniziative collaterali.
